J’étais une cliente habituée mais je n’irai plus à ce salon en raison de plusieurs expériences négatives. Nous avions pris rendez-vous à l’avance pour quatre filles, mais nous avons tout de même attendu 45 minutes avant d’être prises en charge. Le personnel est désagréable lorsque l’on demande un ajustement sur un ongle, notamment Rayane. Ils attribuent parfois des débutants, ce qui peut faire durer un simple remplissage jusqu’à deux heures, et malgré tout, ils facturent le plein prix.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. The salon does not respect appointment times—what’s the point of booking if I’m left waiting? My requests were ignored, and when it got busy, I was clearly rushed to move on to the next client. My full set of acrylics was done in just 35 minutes, and it shows—my nails aren’t even close to symmetrical between hands. Disappointed by the service today, I'm a faithful client and always had good experiences with Tina or a young man, but two times now I had a lady with highlights and a scorpion necklace, she's a little bit older than the others I don't know her name but she does a mediocre job, she totally rushes to finish the set and don't pay attention to details. She's not friendly at all and doesn't care about the client. I wish I can give another chance but I refuse making my nails done again by her.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this salon. The woman at the front desk with highlights, who was also doing my mother’s nails, was extremely rude. She and another employee were speaking in another language during the appointment, and their tone and behavior came across as mocking and disrespectful. We were getting constant stares that made us feel judged and unwelcome.
