I have been going to this salon for about a year, mainly because it is conveniently located near my home. Unfortunately, today was my last visit. Over my last three appointments, I have been very disappointed with the service. The staff often seem rushed, and some employees are not attentive to clients’ requests. Even when concerns are expressed politely, the response can be dismissive or delivered with a poor attitude. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service.
