Today was my fourth time at this nail salon. The first 3 visits were pretty good but today it was horrible. The minute I sat down (10:15a; 15 mins after they opened) it was clear that my nail tech (Tom) was having a bad day. He was rough and when I asked him to remove the rest of my hot pink shellac before painting them black (I didn’t think it was odd to ensure the previous colour was completely removed before repainting) he became very agitated stating he didn’t need to remove it all and he’ll just file my nails after he p... read more
