Very bad experience. I called asking for natural nails 5 minutes before coming in. When I sat there I explained again to the guy that I wanted NATURAL nails. He then proceeds to cut very short half of my hand and I stopped him once I noticed. He tells me it is better to have short nails for fake nails. I explain again I DONT want to do fake nails and I am trying to keep my natural nails long ??? I was already very annoyed because God knows how long it takes to get my nails that length. Habituellement j’ai un très bon service surtout avec Monsieur Won pour les manicures. Mais aujourd’hui très déçu, j’ai fais une pédicure et l’employé n’a même pas toucher mes pieds. Les ongles sont beaux mais toute la peau morte sur les talons et les ongles n’a pas été touché. Je ressort avec plein de corne et je paye le plein prix..
