Super unorganized and unprofessional. They failed to deliver the service they booked for my sister, did not advise her and had the audacity to scream at her for voicing her frustration. There was no apology, no accountability, no solution.

Honestly, this was a very disappointing and disrespectful experience. I’ve been a client here for almost two years, and I’ve never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and disorganization. I came to my appointment today, only to find out that they couldn’t take me because an employee was sick.
