The 1 star reviews are very much accurate of my experience at JJ nails.
Was not greeted upon my arrival at 12h55 for my 13h appointment. Totally ignored. Took a seat and waited. Both owners present but I was not even looked at nor acknowledged. 15 minutes later, after finishing up with a client, an associate prepared my pedicure station. Motioned for me to come over, never said helIo. I still had not been invited to pick a color as no one acknowledged me. At this point I asked if I could go pick a color and I did. Too much attitude from the owner. Not even a simple greeting when you walk through the door. **Updating my "fake"review. You won't even take responsibility for the truth as I realised I am not the only one that feel this way about your lack of professionalism. A simple hello would go a long way!**
Nice nails but the coldness from the service is not worth it. AVOID
