Don’t know why, but I feel like the lady is kind of mad and angry at me without any reason. I didn’t say a word except say hello at first and she didn’t say a word except a poker face and impatient attitude.

I’m really furious about the treatment received at this salon. My mom paid 20$ to have her nails removed. Most places charge 10-15$, this place charged 17$ and when my mom gave a 20$ and waited for her change, the lady pocketed it and walked away. They left all her nails extremely damaged, they didn’t cut or shape or file her nails, they didn’t put any oil, they didn’t put a protective top coat, they didn’t moisturize her hands, they didn’t push the cuticle down, they left pieces or the nail extensions on her nails.
