I went there twice and the nail tech was super stressed, barely looking at me and quite rough too with my nails. I had a pedicure and kept removing my foot because it hurt and she kept going. Do not recommend
It's rare I give bad reviews but I gave this place a couple tries as a walk in and due to it being convenient location. It is very clear that only some of the staff take pride in their work as well as the client while the other half doesn't pay attention and rushes. I do not recommend going in as a walk in that may have been part ot the problem but regardless will never go back here again. Ongles Griffintown is my go-to. Lani removed the gel so gently that my nails stayed strong afterward, not thin or brittle at all. Plus, they gave me great tips to keep them healthy between visits.
