Très déçue de mon expérience. Les employées n’arrêtent vraiment pas de parler entre elles et de rigoler en vietnamien ou dans une langue semblable pendant qu’elles servent les clientes. À la longue, c’est très agaçant et gênant, surtout quand on ne comprend rien à ce qu’elles disent. Une fois, j’ai fait traduire une partie de leur conversation et j’ai été choquée de découvrir qu’elles parlaient très mal des pieds d’une cliente qu’elles servaient. Je trouve ça irrespectueux et pas professionnel du tout.

My review is only about the waxing service. I was very disappointed with my experience. A lot of hair was left on my arms and even on my fingers after the waxing. The procedure was very painful, and I left with bruises. I also felt that the waxing technique was not well mastered, which made the treatment uncomfortable and unprofessional. I honestly did not expect this level of service. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of this service.

My first visit was very pleasant, I waited for 30 mins because I didnt have an appointment but they took care of me. My nails were really beautiful and the lady listened to what I wanted. Would surely come back ! Edit: 2 years later, they ripped off my nails instead of actually soaking off the old set . All the nail techs are in a rush to do service for the next client. One time, I wanted more design for my nails, but one of the ladies told me it’s enough because there is already one client waiting.
