I went in yesterday to get my nails done and was extremely disappointed. I’ve gone to Cindy’s a couple times and have always had a good experience but this one made up my mind to never go back. I made my appointment for 1 pm and they only started my nails at 1:40. The picture shows what I asked for and what I received. I remember confirming with Cindy multiple times to see if she was able to do the design and she said no problem. Second time visiting Cindy and I am beyond satisfied! She is extremely talented, always takes care of her clients and keeps up with new nail trends. The atmosphere and energy in this salon is so positive - makes me excited to go back!

I walked-in without reservation 15 min before the closing time. They offered me an excellent service with a meticulous manicure carelessly of the time. The manicure of two others clients seated next to me looked also fabulous. Everything was clean and nail tools had been taken directly from the steriliser. The nail technicians are both so kind and professional. I will come back for sure and I recommend them 100%!
It was my first visit and I loved the service. Emma and her colleague made me feel very welcome. They were kind, friendly, and professional. I received very attentive service and I am really happy with the result.
