I went in yesterday to get my nails done and was extremely disappointed. I’ve gone to Cindy’s a couple times and have always had a good experience but this one made up my mind to never go back. I made my appointment for 1 pm and they only started my nails at 1:40. The picture shows what I asked for and what I received. I remember confirming with Cindy multiple times to see if she was able to do the design and she said no problem. I walked-in without reservation 15 min before the closing time. They offered me an excellent service with a meticulous manicure carelessly of the time. The manicure of two others clients seated next to me looked also fabulous. Everything was clean and nail tools had been taken directly from the steriliser. The nail technicians are both so kind and professional. I will come back for sure and I recommend them 100%!
Second time visiting Cindy and I am beyond satisfied! She is extremely talented, always takes care of her clients and keeps up with new nail trends. The atmosphere and energy in this salon is so positive - makes me excited to go back!

The service is INCREDIBLE, I’ve gotten my nails done by Cindy, Andrew and Trixie on different occasions and they always do a great job. I got acrylic on my hands and gel pedicure. The designs they offer are amazing and the quality is great. They hear your suggestions and follow them. I love this place! 💖✨ great job and thank you!
