My nails were done super well! Everyone working was so kind and patient. I asked for the design to be redone a bit because I’m really picky but they had no issue with it! The lady was super gentle with my nails.
I went in yesterday to get my nails done and was extremely disappointed. I’ve gone to Cindy’s a couple times and have always had a good experience but this one made up my mind to never go back. I made my appointment for 1 pm and they only started my nails at 1:40. The picture shows what I asked for and what I received. I remember confirming with Cindy multiple times to see if she was able to do the design and she said no problem. Cindy and her team are amazing, and I always come away with beautiful nails. She has excellent colour choices and develops relationships with her clients to put you at ease and make you feel at home. She even remembers our conversations from the last visit a month later! Second time visiting Cindy and I am beyond satisfied! She is extremely talented, always takes care of her clients and keeps up with new nail trends. The atmosphere and energy in this salon is so positive - makes me excited to go back!
