I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon since 2013, but after this recent experience, I’m seriously considering going elsewhere. My friend and I had a 12:30 appointment. I arrived on time, but they didn’t start my nails until 45 minutes later. Then they told my friend she’d have to wait another 15 minutes. We had plans afterward that we had to cancel because of the delay. I’m an old client coming here every now and then and there’s always an issue with the promised booking time. I called beforehand to book my nail appointment at 12:30 PM and without any hesitation, they confirmed my booking. Arrived here on time and it’s now 1:15PM and they’re not even sure when they can take me in. Absolutely no respect for people’s time and energy.
