J’avais un rendez-vous pour une manucure et l’établissement était fermé à l’heure de mon rendez-vous (17h00 un jeudi) pour lequel j’avais même eu un rappel par SMS la veille. J’ai appelé le numéro sur l’affiche et je n’ai aucune réponse. Je suis très déçue et je n’y retournerai pas. Update: ils m’ont écrit le soir pour me dire que l’électricien avait coupé l’électricité sans leur dire et qu’ils n’avaient ainsi plus accès à leur liste de clients.

Hard pass. Popped in for a standard SNS manicure, and the lady decided to skip steps because I didn’t have time for the more expensive service (ombré). Not ONCE did I say, “I’m in a hurry,” or “I don’t have time,” but the tech decided to SKIP CUTTING BACK MY CUTICLES! When she had the audacity to ask if I liked the color I replied, “The color is fine, I’m just surprised you didn’t cut back my cuticles.” She tried to act like me being in a hurry was an issue, but I reiterated the fact that I never said I was in a hurry. Me and my girlfriend walked in one day on a whim. We were received wonderfully and had an amazing time. My girlfriend got her nails done and I got a pedicure/foot massage. It was a 11 out of 10

Great job! The university student working at the salon was great with my shellac manicure. She let me choose a different nail colour when the first one I picked was too light. Would go back here again for sure.
