Went on June 22nd, and had quite the mediocre experience. The costumer service isn’t bad, nor was the nail tech, but the nails themselves; yikes. I usually am not a very strict person when it comes to my nails, I’m not someone who will bug and stop at each and every mistakes. And I regret not doing so during the appointment. The nails were very thin near my cuticles, and extremely thick at the tip. They weren’t even (some bumps that weren’t buffed down), and they were pointing upwards?
