Most of the nail salons I've walked into were always so cold to me. I never thought i could feel like I have a family outside of home until I first walked in to this place. the staff was so kind to me and we spent an hour talking and laughing. The final results for my nails were beautiful and super clean. I recommend goign to this place if you want an experience you'll never forget.

I visited 99 Nancy Spa for the first time, and it was hands down the best experience I've ever had! First off, the customer service was excellent. Nancy, the lady who helped me, is so sweet and lovely. She made me feel incredibly welcome. As for the pedicure, I absolutely fell in love with how she massaged my legs and feet it was so relaxing! She also took great care in cleaning my feet, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be recommending this spa to everyone. Highly recommend!

Nancy is the best in the West Island! She’s so welcoming and really takes her time to make sure you’re completely satisfied. Her prices are fair, and the whole team is warm and friendly.
