Owner is very rude. Yelled at me when after 15 minutes of waiting I mentioned I had an appointment. She then told me it was my fault that she didn't have my appointment down because I booked it online....Then the nail tech cut me, and I realized it when she sprayed alcohol on it. I told her "oh you hurt me" showing her my finger and the blood flowing. She got pissed and said I hurt myself by pressing on the nail, she had already cleaned it and now I'm dirtying my nail....
