I am very satisfied with the services and attitude of employees there. I am their client for many years. I witnessed today a very impolite and intimidating client who requested insistently to be taken for a manicure even though she gave a very negative review 7 months ago, as well as today. I walked 25 minutes to this nail salon for my first appointment, and I was honestly shocked by the way I was treated. The owner/staff told me, “I don’t accept you because you want good and clean work.” This was my first time there, so I was surprised that instead of trying to provide the service, she simply refused me because I asked for clean, good-quality work. Went there for a removal of gel on natural nails. Some were lifting which i warned before hand. Basically she forced them off my nails by pressing a capsule between the nail and the gel. Of course it completely ripped some layers of my natural nails. She proceeded to cut my nails shorter than the nail bed with instruments I haven’t seen her disinfect.
