If I could, I wouldn't even put 1 star. WORST PLACE EVER!! Came in twice to give them a second chance, the lady is rude and never want to even let you say what you want and doesn't even want to take you! Kept saying she doesn't do it, she is busy and doesn't want you to book an appointment. Just horrible, avoid this place!!
service was rushed, by feet got scalded by the water and my toe was cut and bled during the pedicure, and the manicure was sloppy, nails did not get full coverage and my finger was also cut and bled during the manicure. will not go back.
Made an appointment and when I showed up they could not accommodate me as they took a walk in just before I showed up. Didn’t manage to use the services and the lady said it was my fault for booking the appointment too soon (45 min in advance). Was told needs to be day before and then seemed to ignore me no appology or suggestions for somewhere else.
I made an appointment, but the shop was closed and nobody was there. Nobody communicated to me and I made the appointment a week ago. Will not be coming back and would not recommend.
