Manque de professionnalisme total! Elles ne respectent pas le temps de la clientèle
Horrible customer service. I didn't even get to do my nails because I left at the first red flag. Made an appointment for two people but they let a walk in go before us (I'm assuming they knew each other, I'm not sure). When I acknowledged this, I was ignored, so my guest and I left immediately. Very ridiculous!
Je déconseille vivement ce salon. Il était sale, avec des lampes UV vieilles et mal entretenues. Ma manucure était décevante, et pire encore, j'ai attrapé une mycose aux pieds après ma visite. L’hygiène semble vraiment laisser à désirer. Personnel sympathique, mais ça ne compense pas la négligence sur la qualité et la propreté.
