Dr Ongkasuwan is such an amazing doctor. She takes the time to explain and make sure I understand whats going on. My daughter has a complex case and was switched to her from another Texas Childrens ENT and she has impressed me so much with her expertise, I've felt so safe with my child in her hands! She's performed multiple surgeries on my child and she's an absolute expert, I've been told she's one of the top in the country in her field and I trust her so much. Dr. Ongkasuwan is WONDERFUL! She is the expert in her field. I had a difficult case that required 3 surgeries, one of which, had never been done anywhere in the world. She consulted with all of the other similar specialists around the world before making her decision on doing the surgery. She is an incredibly gifted surgeon, and the 1st of its kind surgery was a success. Leaving this review delayed, as I recently saw another ENT and was reminded of the experience I had with this physician. I am a physician as well, and Dr. Ongkasuwan’s bedside manner is among the worst I’ve seen, personally or professionally. I saw her as an urgent visit, as she was the only provider available, and I’d previously been followed by a different ENT doctor at Baylor. Showed up, 15 min. Early as requested, 30 min. Later asked what the status of appt was, was told it would be another hour. One hour and 20 min. Later she showed up and after I just brought up that it would be nice to hear your running an hour late when we ck. In. She said I could leave if I wasn't satisfied. Lol. From the moment she walked into the room I knew all was well. Her assistant Dr. Linquist had previously been in to greet me , take a few notes as well as get my take on how I felt and some history. His total and complete customer service was and is rated off the chart!
