He was suppose to finish stuff with my divorce with contacting a third party company QDRO Grpup to get retirement accounts split and put into my name. He has failed to do this. My attorney stated it was his place to handle this. I have to hire another attorney to handle this when it was part of the divorce. Seems this is a common thing with him!
