She is the best doctor in our area and best doctor I have ever had!!!
I travel some distance to see this dr. Recently had to speak with a nurse via phone. Whomever nurse I spoke with phone skills were sub-par. No tact whatsoever. Been going to Dr. Ong for a few years and would like to continue, but she needs to check her boisterous nurse's phone skills.
