The installers were very good and efficient. Everyone from Onforce always were available to answer questions and they took care of everything that needed to be done.
I gave a 3 stars because it took several months of no communication. I am happy with them now and the panels are showing a savings already. I feel like I was given the run around whenever I called for status on my panels. It wasn't until I spoke to Luis who was always able to give me an honest answer and would callback when he promised. Even the referral program was a joke because no one ever called the people I referred, even after sending my salesperson a text. Till this day they still haven't called them.
