We switched to OnFloor Technologies from National Flooring Equipment in 2022. The speed and versatility of the OnFloor 20Pro and the OnFloor 9 are amazing. We have 3 20pros and just got the onfloor 9 to reduce hands and knees grinding. Very happy with these machines and the customer service.
Couldn’t be more unhappy with my OF16. Wish I would’ve returned before its first use. Terrible design, the steel bar that sticks out for the handle to be in operating position makes it impossible to go up and down stairs without scraping the stairs. It sticks out farther than the wheels. I bought this specifically for porches with steps so I don’t have to worry about my 650lb machine.
