No one there understands and respects English you press one for English and they still speaking to you in Spanish they don't answer the phones they talk to their customers like friends is pathetic
This was my first visit. I had interactions with one receptionist two technicians, and one medical doctor. All of them were highly professional in the performance of their duties, displaying great knowledge, and providing a very cordial, welcoming, and reassuring atmosphere. As individuals and part of the overall team, everyone involved was very sincere. I highly recommend OneWorld.
