Great products and friendly staff
Completely ignored at the Valley showroom by two staff with zero customers.. we left

customer service here is exceptional, I purchased 2 lamps and one was faulty, but with other things happening I didnt get to deal with it straight away. When I explained the situation I was sent a replacement lamp within a few days, even though it was out of the warranty period. Definitely shopping here again, thanks One World
