Dragonfly Mechanical was able to get to my house quickly, the technician was very nice, he took the time to explain and answer all my questions so that I could understand it and the price was great. We are very happy and they will be our new A/C and heat company from now on. I would highly recommend them.
I called Dragonfly Mechanical toward the end of the day with an air conditioner that wasn’t working, and had a working air conditioner by noon the next day! The technician was friendly and professional and explained the entire troubleshooting process as he was working through it. Great service!
Dragonfly Plumbing and MechanicL was awesome. They responded so quickly and sent a very knowledgeable and thorough serviceman to our home. He diagnosed and fixed our air conditioner in an hour and got us cool again! He also explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. We are so happy with their service and recommend them highly.
Had Dragonfly come out to check my AC. Collin did a great job ensuring everything was running correctly and didn't try to upsell anything, even gave tips on things I can do myself. I can trust them to be honest, and will definitely be looking into a maintenance plan with them.
