Brad Ptomey showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about his craft even explaining where and why the AC was broken and what part was needed. Kind and genuinely wants to help the customer.
I have never been so happy with a company, honestly. Especially when you are making a big purchase like a new AC/furnace. Everything was so easy, and Austin takes extra time to explain everything to the finest detail, not as a salesman but as someone who cares for his customers.
