I was anxious to get our disposal repaired through our home warranty company in a timely manner. Tim was able to come out , assess the situation and replace the disposal in a reasonable period of time. And, had two slow drains cleared. He was knowledgeable, friendly and neat. A very good experience!

I had a very pleasant experience with dragonfly mechanical. They sent JT out to assess what was going on with my water heater. He figured it out and educated me, allowing me to make a comfortable, informed decision and whether or not to replace parts, or the water heater. There was absolutely no pressure from JT to sell me a new appliance, and that was such a peace of mind.
