I needed my alternator and impeller replaced on my 23 LSV. I called on Wednesday and left a message for Katie. She called back within the hour and got me scheduled for the mobile mechanic to come to my dock. Service was completed by Friday afternoon. Katie called me right after it was completed to let me know the job was done. 3 day turnaround and I didn't have to pull my boat out of the water! Excellent service by Katie.

We purchased a 2019 Cobalt R3 used in 2021 from Singleton Marine on Lake Lanier. This spring we had an overheat problem occur. I reached out to One Water Service. Katie's responsiveness was immediate; even on a late Friday afternoon, she arranged for their mechanic, Jeff, to visit our Lake Hartwell home the following Tuesday. Jeff's service was outstanding.
