Zero craftsmanship and poor quality! Our house is coming up on 5 years old and is falling apart. The warranty is/was a joke and impossible to get them to fix anything. They used the wrong plans and we paid extra for barn door supports, that we couldn’t fit the barn doors in. We built during Covid, we had zero accompanied walk throughs and when issues were brought forward they brushed them off. The process of building this house was very smooth, they were easy to work with. I love being able to customize exactly what you want and not having to stick with one package. There have been hiccups along the way which is to be expected with a new home. I do think onetenten cares about you as a customer however, it appears some of the people they contract the work out to rush and don’t care about the quality job they are doing.
