OneTenTen Homes was fantastic to work with in building our custom home. Jon our sales rep. Was very knowledgeable and not pushy with us at all. He took his time in building a budget with upgrades and was always responsive in getting back to us. Isabelle who is in operations was also very helpful in getting us information and setting up meetings. Chris the project manager is perfect for his job. I live directly across the street from a home being built by OneTenTen. I work from home and the workers (mostly Mexicans/Latinos framing the home and roofing) play music all day long. I stopped over and asked them to turn down their music and they complied right away. Problem solved right? Yes, until the next day when the same guys played the same music again, this time even louder. So, I called OneTenTen and they assured me the problem would be solved. The next day? You guessed it.
