Absolutely phenomenal service. I brought my bike in for a tune-up, and the Service Technician went above an beyond to solve an issue I had caused years prior (over-torqued bolt, my bad). Highly recommend!
This place is the best of the best! Great people, great service and great products! I've always had an awesome experience when I've been there and I've been there a lot! I stopped in for a tube and tire change after I had gone to Freewheel in Eagan who were not able to help me. When I arrived, I was worried about the timing because there were a few people ahead of me in line and only one mechanic. I was really pleasantly surprised to get my bike serviced quickly. Great customer service and very knowledgeable! They have everything you need to pursue many different types of biking. We went in to get my boys (ages 8 and 12) bikes. They were so patient and very sweet. 10/10 rating. We are now loyal customers. Highly recommended.
