There are a TON of fantastic bicycle shops in the Twin Cities! Unfortunately, this isn't one of them. One of the worst customer experiences I have had in a bit. The person whom acted like they might have been the owner was shockingly rude and unhelpful. I learned that it is an independent bicycle shop that won't help with the return process if you ordered and then returned something from Trek.com even though they are a Trek dealer (if you do the return process on the website and then print the label, you can drop the parts o... read more
Wonderful service, knowledgeable bike mechanics, great prices, doesn't get any better than that. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a bike, accessories, or need bike work done. Very friendly and easy to get to.
Love the selection of Treks they have, that Erik’s bike shop severely lacks. And the knowledgeable staff is great!
I checked out a few other bike shops before landing at 110 Cycles, and 110 blew the rest out of the water. I'd never bought a bike from anywhere besides garage sales before, and the team helped me feel like I was in the right place from the second I walked in. They were kind and friendly, really listened to what I was looking for, and made the whole experience easy and fun. Zero pressure, just genuinely helpful, personalized service. I’d recommend them over and over again!
Very friendly and helpful without any pushy sales efforts. Can’t say enough about this place. It’s a must to visit for all Bike needs.
