Great customer service and very knowledgeable! They have everything you need to pursue many different types of biking. We went in to get my boys (ages 8 and 12) bikes. They were so patient and very sweet. 10/10 rating. We are now loyal customers. Highly recommended.
OneTen Cycles is the BEST place to buy a new bike. They were very helpful and know what you need. I will be back again to get more accessories.
Great place to bring your bike for a tune-up. Kat, the owner is so friendly and helpful. She made me feel comfortable about being a woman in a bike shop. It didn't matter if I did not know what my bike needed. She and her mechanics knew what my bike needed and shared everything with me. They helped me understand the repairs and Kat, just makes you feel you're part of the cycling community. I'm so lucky to have OneTen Cycles in my neighborhood.
