Horrible customer service! I called to make an appointment and person talked rudely on the phone. She said she would call me back and hung up. Nobody called me back. She doesn't answer the phone again. Disgusting service. Just wasted time.
By far the worst customer service. They canceled my appointment on the morning of, because the aesthetician couldn’t come in and said they’ll reschedule me. I called in a week later and still can’t get a hold of them. My Groupon is now expired because of them. Should’ve read the reviews first!!
I have seen Michelle for serval services now. I am very grateful for her expertise in skin care. I originally came in for microdermabrasion. Michelle recommended against it because my checks were inflamed and broken out. I went with her recommendation for a chemical peel, after the peeling process I had a recognizable difference.
