Crazy how it's supposed to be such a great shop, however our vehicle has been sitting there for over a week now and hasn't even been looked at!! Took me 4 days to even get someone to answer the phone. Never once called me back after leaving messages. If you're that busy just say that up front!! I talk to you on Saturday, you tell me it'll be looked at Monday, and here we are the FOLLOWING MONDAY and nothing. That's horrible. Not happy. And he was recommended to me 😕. Zero stars
John is a good guy and will do what he can to help you!! even fixed something else for free that I didn’t know about!! If your in the area and need service give them call!!
We get a lot of work done here with OneStop!! They are always quick and do great work on our vehicles !! We appreciate them ALOT and will always go to them for our vehicles.
I paid 700 for them to put struts wheel speed sensors sway bar links on my car owner said if I drop my car off they can do the job then pick me up in my car after ther repairs are made when they called me to pick up my car I had to find a ride to get my car driving it home I notice it’s making them same exact noise it made before I took my car to them so I called the owner and he said he would get me back in to correct the issue well this was 3 weeks ago my car still sounds the same and he has been ignoring me won’t return m... read more
