Voted Best Bicycle Shop in KC by Pitch Magazine. If they don't have want you need in stock, Britton will order it in. I purchased the 1st Pinnarella Dogma in 2010 and still riding it today! Only Pinnarella dealer in KC. You can trade in your original bike for a New Bike. Great Prices & Service. I have purchased 4 bicycles so far and will be upgrading in a few years.

Volker Bicycles was the only bike shop in town that had the size tires I needed for my daughter's bike AND they were open on a Sunday!! The drive from Grain Valley was 100% worth it, and the service was unmatched!! This minor purchase will lead to larger buys in the future. I can't recommend them enough!!
The staff took probably way more time than needed talking to me about bike options before I made the purchase. Everyone was extremely responsive, and quickly got back with questions. When I left, I was confident I made the right decision. Thanks!
We ordered 4 bikes for Christmas from Volker Bicycles and were so pleased! The bikes are amazing and the costumer service was even better! We had no idea what we needed and they were so informative and patient with all our questions. Highly recommend them and will buy future bikes from them for sure.
I think this is a super small shop, but manages to pack in all the important stuff. Most importantly the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
