He has received payment in advance for project work that was not performed, including about $3500 he now owes me.
I want to let everyone know about the contractor who has done two major jobs for us: completely gutting and redoing our kitchen, and building a large deck. Other contractors on other jobs have always fallen short in some way, either through rushed, inadequate work, or long delays, or lack of follow-through.
