Please be advised that Onesta Construction, 3202 W Osage St, Pacific, MO 63069, owned by Richard Lages, has ceased all operations. He has left several of his employees and subcontractors unpaid. He has received payment in advance for project work that was not performed, including about $3500 he now owes me.
I want to let everyone know about the contractor who has done two major jobs for us: completely gutting and redoing our kitchen, and building a large deck. Other contractors on other jobs have always fallen short in some way, either through rushed, inadequate work, or long delays, or lack of follow-through.
