Its been such a great experience working with oNest.
Trying to communicate with any real human in this company has been a nightmare. Throughout the past month, I have sent multiple emails to one of the realtors, GiGi, inquiring on new units, and with each reply I get the same response: can you tell us an estimate move-in time? By the fourth time I get this question, I am suspicious of AI-generated responses for their emails, which is upsetting because it is not explicitly stated.
