Matt was very easy to deal with and he was professional, fair, competitive and most of all not pushy. He walked thru each of our concerns and addresses them all. Day of roof replacement, crew was efficient and took precautions to ensure no damages to the structure of the home and Matt and his team did an excellent job of communicating and ensuring all aspect of the job was done professionally. We had a great experience working with Matt/OneSource. Our insurance company requested roof repairs, and Matt took the time to really listen to my concerns and carefully read through the insurance report. Leak - Called Matt - Inspected roof - Roof tune up - Leak fixed. Here I thought I was gonna have to file a claim and deal with the insurance carrier. Matt was very transparent, inspected our roof, and informed me that our roof had a couple years left in it. We did a roof tuneup and fixed the issue.
