While the crew was very kind and courteous, the planning and execution of this project left a lot to be desired. I live on a lower-floor apartment with an outdoor patio. The crew power washed my patio first, then proceeded to power wash the units and walkways above me. As a result, dirt and debris from the upper levels ended up covering my patio, effectively undoing the work that had just been completed.
