予約時や利用開始時など、すべて日本語で対応いただいたため、認識のずれなく安心して利用できました。また、初めて利用する車種でしたが、使い方などについて丁寧に教えていただきました、またハワイでレンタカーを利用する際は利用させてもらいたいと思ってます。
店員さんとてもいい人でした。 色々と教えて下さり助かりました。 ありがとうございました。 星5ではなかったのは、駐車場の場所がわかりにくかったからです。
