If I could give less than one star, I would. I wouldn't advise my worst enemy to use this company. The distress and expense they have caused my family is colossal. It would seem that there has obviously been a significant change in staff over the last year, as the 2015 reviews that we found when researching them were all positive, but I advise anyone strongly not to go by them.
