I’ve been going to OnePT for 3 years now and I am so glad that I joined. It has completely changed my life around, I feel much more confident in myself and feel both mentally and physically better. The PT’s there are all fantastic, they’re very supportive and polite. If you’ve every got a question or need help with something they’ll be there within a flash.
