I have seen Peter for a while, thought he was a top bloke, now every time I call to make an appointment or discuss paperwork, I get told "piddle off, I ll get back to you in my own time and stop calling". I think this is extremely rude as I have mental health issues and he is never available to help as my psychologist.
Tried to call for my partner to discuss appointments and paperwork. I was told to stop calling and hung up on.

3 out of 5 sessions were double booked or there was confusion as to whether it was a phone or in office session. I had recieved text reminders to confirm time and dates. Clearly needs a secretary. Unprofessional.
