From the moment I walked through the door it felt like home . Tim greeted me and assisted with kindness, warmth an infectious smile and genuine positive regard to assist me to finding my new gorgeous glasses.which are "uniquely" mine. The team were all welcoming and professional. Eye testing is also available .The easiest and most comfortable eye test I have ever endured :) The follow up is second to one. This team care!! The optical dispensers are amazing, very talented and helpful. The optometrist is also brilliant and has the latest technology for eyes. I also love the range of glasses, which is constantly being updated.

I recently popped in to OPSF South Yarra to pick up a pair of sunglasses and my experience was great. The staff were very friendly and made the place feel welcoming. Having also been to their Paddington store several times and having spoken to their online customer support staff I can say that across the board OPSF is a great place to go shopping for eyewear and is staffed by people who truly care about what they do!
