Thoroughly disappointed with this agency. Just terminated our service with them primarily over the terrible communication. Because of state laws we're not able to take a nurse with us to our yearly week at the NJ shore. Find out at the last minute our overnight nurse was taking her vacation the week prior to ours so that's 2 weeks without overnight nursing, + one week no nursing at all, for our vent dependent child.
