Sassy Superfood Smoothies lead by Johanna Bergan was a very informative and fun class. I have many food allergies and we were given great ideas for super foods to replace foods we are allergic to or ways to get more nutrition in your diet. We talked about foods to help you from the inside out by understanding what different foods do for you and your system. Great Class!
I love the Oneota Food Coop. Their selection of locally produced and organic items is amazing. Perhaps my favorite thing about this store is its focus on good food and community. This store is one of my favorite things about Decorah. I shop there almost daily and love when I forget my lunch at home and have the chance to eat at the hot bar. :)
We love to drive to the co-op after church, have lunch, and shop for organic food!!
