The VA has clearly spent a lot of money on this place. Unfortunately, everything is telehealth. They have no doctor assigned permanently. It’s very disconcerting having to talk very loudly so that the doctor on the screen can hear you. Unfortunately, everybody else in the clinic can hear you as well.
Waste of time. Can't help with anything. Everything is call the veterans center in Albany
