The best place to rent in Oneonta.
Gives out outrageous noise complaints that were defaulted to us because we were “newbies”(in the landlords words) . Made other complaints of marijuana use and took away security deposit without any actual proof or warning since I did do a walk through and she said nothing. Landlord is obviously unorganized unless it involves her making more money and does not actually know how to run an apartment building.
