Do not waste your time! I called to check if they take my insurance and they said they did, and then right after I got there after driving 45 minutes, they said they don't. HORRIBLE service and they lie. Go anywhere else .

I have never been a customer of Oneonta Optical or even set foot in their location before today. I work in Oneonta and usually use the optical in my home town. My contact ripped while at work and I had no back up with me. My current optical faxed my prescription to them and within 10 minutes, called to let me know they had a set for me. When I arrived they were friendly, quick and did NOT charge me for the backup set of lenses. I couldn't believe it! They were happy to help me out and were so nice.
