This building has a serious safety problem. Management has allowed a handful of tenants to turn their apartments into hubs for disruptive activity — the constant foot traffic and questionable visitors create an environment that feels unsafe, especially for the elderly residents. Management is horrible. It’s supposed to be a place for elderly, but it’s unsafe due to the transient homeless people hanging out in the lobby or in tenant apartments. Lots of Illegal activity going on.
This place need new mangers letting the older people instead of spending the money for a real security gaurd
Nice place for limited income housing
Juliane passed away recently. As a family member I notice a white 8 track tape player was missing from the closest. When the apartment was being cleaned out. It's sad how people treat the elderly or the deceased. WARNING ⚠ HAVE YOUR FAMILY WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS. WHEN YOU PASS AWAY.
