I never could get past the front desk, I was told after I waited 2 weeks to get in , rudely I was told at the front desk WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE! funny i called my insurance and they said that this was a preferred provider. I was even asked if I wanted to privately pay! This women at the front desk told someone she was related to the owner , She needs to work in a correction facility. No absolutely no customer service. I don’t know what I would do without Patti and Mantas. They are an awesome team and they both treat me with kindness and complete respect. Mantas always saves me from my own exercise or stretching mishaps and has helped me through a shoulder surgery; I’m forever grateful to him. It’s comforting to know that when I call I will hear Patti’s voice and she’ll make sure I get seen even on a busy day and that no matter how busy Mantas is he makes sure I’m feeling better before I leave. They are both priceless to me ☺️

I can't say enough great things about One On One PT! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, and the environment is kind, helpful, and always comfortable.
