The man that installed our exhaust fan was both lovely and professional, I would recommend him to anyone.
Ryan was informative regarding his ETA. On time, and knew exactly what the problem was, and in addition Ryan was also well mannered, pleasant and efficient. And he was knowledgeable regarding the problem. Rectified in under 30 mins. Win win!
Sadly disappointed of One Crew's attirude and professionalism in not following up my almost daily phone calls after a vehicle owned by them ,( have camera footage) by passing on the left side of my MH, resulting in my motor home to be unroad worthy ...This occured in Gatton, on Tuesday 4 th February..THIS MOTOR HOME IS MY HOME, and on top of being unroadworthy, I have no transport to fulfill commtments several 100 ks away .
Well-coordinated team. The office staff clearly communicated the process & kept us in the loop. Friendly, skilled workers turned up on time - they were thoroughly professional and finished the job on time. Highly recommend.
Poor management. Don't pay their contractors. Unprofessional company run by incompetent people. Would not reccomend.
