Been using the service for over a year was late for one appointment by two hours and they charge me my $125 fee. I am disabled. I have MS I overslept. It was a mistake. I am on fixed income, but these guys need their 125. I just watched to get pulled for my account as I wrote this review.. Thanks I’ll do my appointment and I’ll find some other company to work with you. That is terrible 0/5
Dr Patel and staff were very professional and knowledgeable. MD has good bedside manner which is basic needs for each patient.
Dr Patel takes his time to listen and very caring about the patients concerns.
Dr. Patel is excellent; he is very knowledgeable, takes his time with patients, and is very kind. Our family has been seeing him for four years. He is the best doctor.
Highly disappointed with OneMed's customer service. As a new patient, I chose Dr. Patel based on a trusted recommendation. After calling and leaving a message for clarification about a medical order, I never received a return call. When I called back later that day, I was simply told I needed to schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor.
