Even when the office is open, having the phone answered is impossible. Ive had to show up in person multiple times to fix simple referral issues or even make an appointment that took less than five minutes. Beyond frustrating and ridiculous.
Crazy weird service here. My husband called them at 1:15 to ask if they were open. The lady said they are open until 3:30 pm and my husband reached the location at 2:50 pm and they said the lady that does the bloodwork just left. Why would you say you are open till 3:30 when you don’t have staff. My husband drove 32 minutes to just get it done and now he wasted his time.
